SRAM

Hazard
The clamp bolt on the brake lever can come loose, causing the lever to rotate or become unstable and posing a crash hazard to the rider.
Is this yours?
All SRAM 12-speed shift brake levers sold separately as upgrade or replacement kits; affected levers have black hoods.
What to do
Stop using the recalled levers immediately, inspect for looseness, and if the lever rotates or feels loose, take it to an authorized SRAM retailer for a free brake installation inspection and free clamp bolt tightening or replacement if needed.
