Cervélo R5, Caledonia-5, ST31 LT Cockpit

What can fail

The handlebars can slip in the stem, causing the rider to lose control and posing a fall hazard.

Model Year 2022 Cervélo R5 and Caledonia-5 bicycles (in specific color/SKU combinations including Five Black, Lime/Black, Oasis, Aqua Pearl, and Jumbo-Visma Replica framesets and complete builds) and Cervélo ST31 LT replacement stems sold only in black; "Cervélo" and "R5" or "Caledonia-5" are printed on the bicycle frame.
What to do
Stop using the recalled bicycles and stems immediately and contact an authorized Cervélo dealer to arrange a free repair replacing the stem faceplate.
