• Flat pay, per problem. $12 for every problem you take — the same whether the rider is a member or not. No haggling, no hourly.
• You set your hours. Answer from your phone between customers, or at home after close. Take the threads you want, skip the ones you don't.
• No twenty questions. The rider's Quiver hands you the bike — components, mileage, service history, and what they've already tried — before you type a word.
• The guarantee is on us. “Not fixed? You don't pay” is our promise to the rider — you're still paid $12 on a fair refund. You never eat the guarantee.
